MASC is hiring: Arts Education & Impact Development Associates (2 positions)

MASC is seeking two full-time contract staff to support the development of artist study guides, cultural learning materials, and evaluation systems aligned with our organizational Theory of Change. These roles will play a key part in strengthening how MASC communicates the impact of its programming and supports educators, artists, and participants.

Position Details
Contract Duration: 10 weeks (full-time)
Start Date: Flexible start between June 1 and June 16
Compensation: $27/hour
Work Location: Remote
Schedule: Standard full-time hours (40 hours/week)

Position 1: Study Guide & Content
Support the revision and creation of artist study guides and cultural learning materials for schools and communities.

Position 2: Evaluation & Strategy
Support the development of evaluation tools, impact frameworks, and systems aligned with MASC’s Theory of Change.

Eligibility Requirements
These positions are funded through Canada Summer Jobs. Applicants must: Be between 15–30 years old Be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons with refugee protection status
