Galerie Old Chelsea is delighted to present an immersive exhibition showcasing the poignant works of visual artist Lucie Raymond, where she invites visitors to pause and reflect on the intricate and profound connection between humanity and the natural world.

Lucie Raymond explores the delicate balance between fragility and resilience, chaos and harmony, transience and permanence. Through her captivating range of mediums—including delicate colour pencil drawings, expressive charcoal works, and intricate collages—Lucie creates pieces that speak to both the quiet beauty and the urgent responsibility we hold in caring for the Earth.

Each artwork stands as both a tribute to nature’s resilience and a call to collective action. Lucie’s art pushes the boundaries of traditional artistic expression, challenging the viewer to not only admire the beauty of the natural world but also to engage with it on a deeper, more conscious level. Her work encourages reflection on the pressing need to recognize and protect the environment that sustains us.

"Art is more than a passion for me," says Raymond. "It is a way of seeing, understanding, and engaging with the world. Through my work, I want to inspire others to look more closely, feel more deeply, and recognize the beauty that surrounds us all.

Her art is an invitation to the viewer to experience the world through her eyes—a world that is both fragile and strong, chaotic and harmonious, fleeting yet enduring. This exhibition promises to be evocative and thought-provoking, encouraging viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the natural world in a new and more intimate way. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience her stunning works in person.
