Art meets sound therapy. Experience mindfulness, a sound bath, and
loving kindness (metta) while working on fiber art/small-scale art.

Participants are invited to bring a fiber art/small-scale art project
that can be worked on while seated, in their laps, while being guided
through mindfulness, a sound bath (crystal bowls, ocean drum), and a
loving kindness practice.

Masked event
Masking is required. KN95 masks will be available for participants at no
cost. Should you feel unwell, please take care and stay home.
