This six-week workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the art of screenprinting (also called silkscreen printing). Participants will learn to create vibrant, layered images by pushing ink through stencils on mesh screens using a squeegee—an iconic process used in pop art and graphic design.

Throughout the course, you will be guided step-by-step through:

Drawing your image on acetate (clear plastic sheet)
Coating screens with photo emulsion
Exposing your image onto the screen to create a stencil
Printing your design by pushing ink through the stencil onto paper
By the end of the series, you'll have a strong understanding of the silkscreen process and the confidence to continue screenprinting on your own.
