Call for Artists: Autumn In The Country: Russell’s Arts Festival

Autumn In The Country is Russell’s only annual arts festival, featuring a studio tour, fine art
market, battle of the brushes and live music. We’re looking for artists interested in showing and
selling their work at the art market on Saturday September 13th from 10AM to 4PM. And, if
you’re interested, put your skills to the test in the Battle of the Brushes from 430PM to 8PM.

Why show with us? Russell Township is growing exponentially, and so is its art community. Last
year, Autumn In The Country saw well over 400 visitors from across Eastern Ontario and
Quebec. The market takes place in a repurposed barn, complete with hay bales, corn stalks and
small town community spirit. Live music by local folk legends CA & Sonny, helps create a
familiar sense of welcoming, and arts discovery.
