44.4 Mother/Artist Collective: Art Social Workshop at Ottawa Art Gallery

New year, new workshops!! We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the very first 44.4 Artist/Mother Collective Monthly Art Social at the Ottawa Art Gallery Studio on Sunday January 26th, 3-5pm. Free childcare is available. This social will begin with Alexa Mazzarello, a 44.4 Collective member sharing about a piece that she is working on, with members Sarah Jane Estabrooks and Robyn Bragg by her side. The rest of the time is meant for socializing/ art-making/ question asking etc.

These 2 hours are meant to spark connection and nourish creativity in the often-isolated mom/artist life. The 44.4 Mother/Artist Collective is a Canadian art collective based in the National Capital Region of Ottawa, Canada. Our mission is to empower mother/artists through collective exhibitions and dialogue while challenging societal norms and promoting inclusivity and equality for caregivers in the present time.
