2025 Cline House Gallery Annual Juried Art Exhibit
-The Cline House Gallery’s Annual Juried Art Exhibition is open to all emerging and established artists.
-Artists are eligible to submit their application if they are able to deliver work to the gallery in person for the jury process between Thursday January 2 nd and Saturday January 4 th 2025 and pick up any work not selected on Saturday January 11 th or Tuesday January 14 th between 10am-4pm. No postal entries will be permitted.
-Eligible Media: All media will be eligible except video. All work must be original. No copies from other artists or from published material, no reproductions or prints will be allowed. Reference material may be requested by jurors.
-Entry Fees: There is a non-returnable jurying fee of $25.00 for the first entry, $10 for a second entry and $10 for a third entry. Entry payable by cash, debit or credit.
-Size of artwork submitted: Size including frame can be a maximum 42” wide and 72” high. Please be advised that the gallery is working with a set amount of wall space. Submitting three very large pieces will most likely mean that not all three will be accepted. The gallery has a limited number of display plinths (14” base) for 3D work. Sculptural pieces that sit on the floor may also be entered and will be considered according to available space.
-Hanging: Two-dimensional work must be ready to hang, mounted or framed with hanging wire, preferably attached to two “D-ring” hangers.

-Awards: All participating artists are eligible to win an award. The jurors will select ‘Best of Show’ Prize (value of $1000), Second and Third Prize (values to be determined based on entries and sponsorship). “People’s Choice” will also be awarded at the end of the show.
-Commission on sales: The gallery will handle all sales during the show and pay 70% of the sale price to the artist and 30% commission to the gallery. Work does not have to be for sale.

-Artwork Drop-Off: Thursday January 2nd, Friday January 3rd, Saturday January 4th from 10am-4pm. All work must be delivered to the Cline House Gallery 204 Second St. E. Cornwall, ON
-Notification of Acceptance: Friday January 10 th
-Pickup of Artwork Not Selected: Saturday January 11 th 10am to 4pm or Tuesday January 14 th 10am - 4pm.
-Opening Reception/Award Presentation: January 23rd, 7pm - 9pm.
-Exhibition Dates: Thursday January 23rd to Saturday March 1st
-Collection of Artwork End of Show: March 3 rd, 4th , 5 th 10am-4pm
