THE PAVILION - CHILD ACTORS CASTING CALL
We are seeking two child actors for an upcoming PAID ($1,600 flat fee + compensation for travel and rehearsals), NON-UNION, indie production titled 'The Pavilion' filming July 14-22 at Oiseau Bay Family Resort (accommodations & meals provided for child & accompanying parent), and July 26-31 (4 days total; date range includes rain dates; at Ottawa-based day locations).

SYNOPSIS: A brother and sister are sent to live with their relatives during WWII. When an Old Woman selling firewood visits, the children believe that she is a witch who can restore their mother's health. They go on a journey to find her, taking a rowboat down the river to the Old Woman's cottage.

ROLES AVAILABLE:
Both roles are non-speaking.
Brother, Age 8-11, sensitive, quiet, curious
Sister, Age 8-11, takes charge, protective, watchful
**Sibling pairs are welcome! Fraternal and identical twins are welcome to apply.**

Casting is open to individuals in Ottawa, Gatineau, and surrounding areas. Actor must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident with a valid work permit. Must be available for all filming dates.
