Nosy Mag is excited to announce that we are once again partnering on an exhibition with Wallack Galleries and Wallack’s Art Supplies & Framing this June to accompany the release of Nosy Mag Vol.3 Jinx!

We know what you’re thinking, and you owe us a soda. Jinx! brings together artists who explore referencing, translation, (mis)communication and recontextualization to deepen or play with meaning. Sharing profound thoughts, nonsense, and plain weird ideas, Jinx! intercepts and translates personal, cultural, and digital messages into sometimes meaningful, sometimes absurd, works of art; it’s up to you to decide.

We’re seeking works in all mediums (we love performance and installation art!) from artists at all career levels living in Ottawa-Gatineau. Engagement with the themes can be creative and we want to see all your work! The submissions will be juried by the Nosy Mag team.
